
JOHN KUNDRAT, ESQ.
John Kundrat is an attorney licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Maryland. His main practice areas include real estate transactions, foreclosure, plaintiff’s civil litigation, and estate/family wealth planning. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked as an attorney in three different firms. His diverse background has provided him with a well-rounded approach to the practice of law.
Mr. Kundrat prides himself in always making sure that his clients are advised in advance of any time requirements, legal risks, and costs that they may encounter in their case. He finds this approach allows him and his clients to be best prepared for every stage of the case. John is a graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School (‘10), Fordham University (‘14), and Rutgers Law School (‘17). In law school, Mr. Kundrat worked in a firm that handled foreclosure defense and criminal defense. He also interned for the Honorable Walter J. Koprowski, Jr., P.j.Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County. In his free time, he enjoys reading and passing on legal and financial knowledge, as well as writing, playing chess, and attending Orangetheory Fitness.
